Give Life: The Transplant Journey is the product of a consortium of organizations whose members are concerned about the need for donation awareness.

Most of all we wish to express our appreciation to the many donor family members who shared their own journeys with us, provided guidance, and even lent their voices to narrate this Journey.

In addition, we are grateful to the many medical, education, and donation professionals who generously contributed advice and information.
